Radco does cover the return shipping if the item is defective or if it was our error that you received the incorrect part or the part does not fit. If you do not like the part, or it was ordered incorrectly, you will be responsible for the return freight.

Do you have a location near me?

Our retail stores are located in the Upper Midwest. In Minnesota, we have locations in Baxter, Blaine, Burnsville, St. Cloud, Oakdale, Plymouth and Duluth. We also have locations in North Dakota Fargo and Mandan, in Iowa - Sioux City, Cedar Rapids/Hiawatha and Sioux Falls, South Dakota.

Do you offer installation?

We are happy to install any parts ordered through us, please call for an appointment at one of our 13 retail locations, which are located in Minnesota, North Dakota, South Dakota and Iowa. Installation charges are based on standard installation procedures and times. Additional Labor charges may be assessed prior to installation following vehicle inspection by Radco representative. Prices may be subject to change based on vehicle condition, need for removal of existing parts, etc. Installations performed at Radco retail locations only.

Do you sell replacement parts for vehicles?

We do not sell factory replacement parts for vehicles but have a variety of after market products that can replace bumpers, tailgates, headlights, taillights and numerous other items.

How do I check the status of my order?

Log in to your Radco Account, your order status will appear in the order history of your account. If you don’t have an account or were not logged in when placing the order, email [email protected]

You can place your order online at any time using our secure shopping cart, or by placing an order over the phone by calling 888-637-9638 during regular business hours. Business hours are Monday through Friday 8am to 5pm CST.

How do I pay for my order?

We currently accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover and PayPal as forms of payment online.

How long does it take for the products to arrive?

Most items in stock will ship within 1-2 business days. Please allow 7-10 business days for your shipment to arrive. Some special order items may take several weeks to be shipped.

How will my order be shipped?

We offer ground shipping for US orders only. The majority of our orders will ship via FedEx or SpeeDee Delivery depending on your location. Smaller items may ship via USPS. Very large items ship via LTL Truck.

What are your shipping and handling rates?

Shipping and Handling rates will vary by shipping method, product weight, shipping dimensions, and delivery address. On most orders over $100 $30, Radco currently offers free ground shipping. Additional rates apply for Oversized Long ($35) and Oversized Large ($75). Radco only offers shipping inside of the continental United States of America.

What is your return policy?

We request that you fill out the ReturnAuthorization Form with the reason you are returning the product. We will provide you an RMA number that should be included with your return shipment.If the return is approved, we will provide you an RMA number that should be included with your return shipment. Returned items must be in new, unused and in resalable condition with no attempt to install.The order needs to be returned with all parts and original packaging materials. Once the return is received and inspected you will be refunded accordingly. There will also be a 15% restocking fee applied to the refund. Radco does not accept any returns greater than 30 days from the date your order is received. Radco online purchases may be returned to a Radco Store with prior authorization from the Online Sales Team.
