We request that you fill out the ReturnAuthorization Form with the reason you are returning the product. We will provide you an RMA number that should be included with your return shipment.If the return is approved, we will provide you an RMA number that should be included with your return shipment. Returned items must be in new, unused and in resalable condition with no attempt to install.The order needs to be returned with all parts and original packaging materials. Once the return is received and inspected you will be refunded accordingly. There will also be a 15% restocking fee applied to the refund. Radco does not accept any returns greater than 30 days from the date your order is received. Radco online purchases may be returned to a Radco Store with prior authorization from the Online Sales Team.
